Your own channel connections on a restaurant. Your channel comes from your API key; other partners' connections are never shown. An empty list means your channel is not connected yet.
You can only act on restaurants your integration created (Create Restaurant or Onboarding). Any other restaurant answers 404, the same as an unknown id.
