Call POST /api/pos/account/ (with a trailing slash). A request to /api/pos/account is redirected to it with a 308, so your HTTP client must follow redirects (keeping the method and body), or call the URL with the trailing slash.
Creates an account, the container for one merchant's restaurants, and gives account_manager_email the owner login for it (dashboard.orderout.co). Use the same email you use on Onboarding Restaurant Account.
The account is named (<YOUR INTEGRATION NAME>) <account_name>, with your integration name in upper case. If account_manager_email belongs to an existing OrderOut user, that user is added to the new account as its owner; otherwise a new owner user is created from the account_manager_* fields.
Next step: Create Restaurant with the returned id. To create the account and its first restaurant in one call, use Onboarding Restaurant Account instead.
